During your initial consultation, we will encourage you to tell us about your personal goals and aspirations, the type of positions in which you are interested and the style of company you are looking to join. You can be confident that we will not forward your resume to any of our Clients without first seeking your approval.

If we have any suitable positions, we will tell you about them at your initial consultation. Otherwise, we will actively search to find you work as soon as possible.

2. Preparing for an Interview

If you’re looking for a permanent position, one of the advantages of working with Solutions In Staffing is that we can help you prepare for any interview we arrange. We will review the job requirements, the skills and experience necessary, the company benefits and corporate culture. Then, if you decide you’re interested in the position, we will forward your resume for consideration.
