Overview

Searching for a Virtual VIP Leisure Travel Agent.  The VIP Leisure Travel Agent is responsible for providing exceptional and high touch travel experiences to our most valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide full-service leisure travel assistance for VIP to include but not limited to air travel, hotel, resort, cruise, tours, rail, sightseeing, car rental, etc.

• Manage all aspects of the travel experience for VIP from initial request through departure and follow up post travel.
• Domestic and international FIT’s
• Process all bookings and tickets using Sabre GDS
• Experience in booking domestic and international fares
• Destination research and recommendations based upon VIP requests
• Support travel visa process as needed
• Maintain professional relationships with current partner network

Required:

• 5+ years professional experience in domestic and international travel
• Sabre or other GDS experience booking and ticketing
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge of tours and cruises worldwide
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidentially and professionally with customers, co-founders, managers and, co-workers both verbally and written.
• Ability to work well independently, under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality results
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
