Travel Air Specialist Supervisor

Job Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated Supervisor in the Air Department who will be responsible for training new staff along with recurrent training of existing staff to ensure our internal and external customers receive quality service. Will be supervising and monitor the performance of Travel agents in various groups.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Agent’s daily service delivery and performance.

Monitor booking and ticketing functions 

Track phone stats

Ensures full compliance of travel policies and procedures on a daily basis.

Conducts weekly staff meetings with direct reports to discuss customer service improvements.

Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirements.

At least 3 years’ experience in the travel industry.

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, SABRE or other GDS is preferred.
